I have sent instructions on accessing our private distfiles mirror to mirror-admin@adelielinux.com. Please update your rsync scripts to point to this server and post to the bug when you've done so. Thanks for helping to support Gentoo Linux.
We have updated our rsync scripts to point to the private distfiles mirror. We are currently sync'ing our mirror. Transfer Rate wirh the private mirror is about 10K/s. Will advise when it completes.
Rsync'ing has finished. We are now up-to-date.
I've added this mirror to our list of mirrors on the gentoo.org web site. It will show up at :20 past the hour. Additionally, I've subscribed mirror-admin@adelielinux.com to our low-volume gentoo-mirrors mailing list, which we use to announce and discuss things related to the gentoo mirroring system. Finally, for North American source mirrors, we are announcing them in our Gentoo Weekly Newsletter as a way of thanking the folks for setting them up. I have changed it in our ACL reference. If you wish to change it on the gentoo-mirrors ML, you must unsub the old address, and resub the new one. -Jeffrey
