Somehow that dependency isn't effective. I had glib-perl-1.144, and gtk2-perl failed to cause it to upgrade during an "emerge -NuDav world". I emerged glib-perl manually, and then gtk2-perl-1.182 emerged without a problem. It's funny that emerge -NuDav world didn't catch the glib-perl upgrade, but that's another matter. The problem appears to be a typo. My fault. I wanted to split them in build- and runtime-dependencies (DEPEND vs RDEPEND) but missed an R. So the main part of the dependencies was hidden.
Already fixed. Sorry.
