I'm sorry but I'm not going to leave Ubuntu Logos laying Gnome Panel / Menu around conditionally with USE flags installed from Portage. If it takes me imagemagick, and librsvg to get rid of them, so be it..

drac@unique /tmp/tangerine-icon-theme-0.26 $ find ./ -name start-here.png
./32x32/places/start-here.png
./16x16/places/start-here.png
./22x22/places/start-here.png

And it's correctly depending on gnome-icon-theme:

drac@unique /tmp/tangerine-icon-theme-0.26 $ grep Inherits index.theme.in
Inherits=gnome

Because it's using Icons from it.

Beware of also http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161592 (applies also to tangerine)
