Proposed ebuild

I'm trying this ebuild I'm attaching. It is based on the previous release (2.31), I just changed some minor things. It *seems* to work for me.

Andrea, unfortunately more changes are required before version bump.
First of all versions of dependencies have changed. See attached patch and you can find relevant information both ns web-site and in sources.
Second, some tools were droped and may be new were added there. At least threshold binary do not exist any more, while it was there previously and may be there are new binaries there.

If you work with this package, may be you'll find some time to review the package in more details it and attach new patch here. In any case thank you for your work.
