Description Pritpaul Mahal 2008-04-06 18:51:08 UTC
On the 2008.0_beta1 amd64 livedvd, /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so is a symlink to /etc/opengl/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so. I believe this should be /etc/opengl/lib64/modules/extensions/libglx.so. /etc/opengl/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so does not exist so X is unable to load the glx extension.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

This will need to be fixed in livecd-tools.
Comment 2 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-04-08 15:38:22 UTC
OK, this has been fixed in SVN and livecd-tools 1.0.40_pre3, but I'll leave it open until we get some more testing on it.
Comment 3 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-07-28 19:23:52 UTC
This should be fixed in 1.0.40 final and 2008.0's release.
