Below are qmamecat, xmame, and gnomame.  qmamecat is in emulation, gnomame in
app-games.  I think qmamecat should probably be in app-games too.  Given that
they are both frontends and rom managers for xmame, perhaps they should also
have xmame as a dependancy?  Also, minor nitpick.  gnomame desc has GTK+
mentioned, qmamecat doesn't list it is Qt.

changes to be made:
gnomame moved to app-emulation
qmamecat have 'QT' added to the front of DESCRIPTION

gnomame is now in app-emulation
