All cyrrilic and some non-latin symbols shows as question marks.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press "Game Options" at main menu.
2. Select "Russian" at "Language" box.



I'm using graphics from windows version of TTD, system encoding is UTF-8.

Yes, this is problem with built-in fonts and there is no menu option to fix it.
