the installer does not support /dev/mapper/ devices.
I can activate the dmraid devices (level 0) with no problem, but i can't get the installer to use it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.activate dmraid devices (root# dmraid -ay)
2.run installer
3.try to select the newly created device in /dev/mapper/nvidia_xxx

The installer does not currently (and probably won't ever...at least I won't be adding it) support installing to anything other than "normal" HD partitions. Patches are welcome.
