Description Stefan Nilsson 2008-04-03 17:25:13 UTC
When booting the AMD64 Live DVD using the nox option. The motd states that you can "You can start the installer by typing "installer" at the prompt below", but the no such command. Reading the 2008.0 AMD64 Networkless Handbook instead under Using the Dialog based Gentoo Linux Installer it sugest the installer-dialog instead but neither that could be found.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot gentoo nox
2.type installer
3.type installer-dialog

Actual Results:
command not found

It looks like it was accidentally commented in the specs. I've updated the spec in SVN, so the installer will be present in beta2.

This should be fixed in 2008.0, which is now released.
