Created attachment 148144 [details, diff] ebuild patch
RC2 was released on April 1. Renaming the ebuild after applying the above patch should be enough.
I'm getting a quite nice bunch of errors when compiling 0.12_rc2 on my amd64 system: http://pastebin.ca/974450 (build.log) I assume it has something to do with QCA, so here are versions of related packages - app-crypt/qca-2.0.0-r2, app-crypt/qca-gnupg-2.0.0_beta2 and app-crypt/qca-ossl-2.0.0_beta3. I've tried reemerging these packages, but it has no effect at all. Qt4 (4.3.4-r1) is built with following flags: accessibility cups dbus gif jpeg mng opengl png qt3support ssl tiff zlib My emerge --info output: http://pastebin.ca/974466
Created attachment 148898 [details] build.log of psi-0.12_rc2 on amd64 system Aww, I shouldn't use pastebin...
Never mind, my Qt4 was somehow broken. After reemerging it, Psi builds and works fine.
Hmpf, I just emerged 0.12-rc2 (together with app-crypt/qca-ossl-2.0.0_beta3 and app-crypt/qca-gnupg-2.0.0_beta2) and it fails to connect to the server ... 0.11 worked fine ... Any hints?

Whatever problem this was, it was solved according to http://conference.psi-im.org/psi@conference.psi-im.org/2008/04/20.html#06:24:19
Hmm, yeah, sorry I forgot to post that here. Maybe it even was some network that mysteriously coincided with the update ...
Psi 0.12-RC4 released http://forum.psi-im.org/thread/5011
I have added 0.12_rc4 to the tree.
This ebuild is broken with qt-4.4, see bug 217180 and bug 229193. I'll whip up a workaround that is needed until the qt4 eclass is fixed.
Created attachment 160316 [details, diff] ebuild.diff ebuild.diff to make ebuild compatible with split qt-4.4 and workaround bug 229193 wrt dbus useflag

Created attachment 160607 [details, diff] patch to make the psi ebuild take advantage of new eclass change See comment 7 on the tracker bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217161#c7
