Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to emerge dev-util/hgsvn on ~ppc

Actual Results:  
emerge did vomit MISSINGKEYWORD(tm).


Expected Results:  
emerge won't vomit MISSINGKEYWORD(tm).

I tested dev-util/hgsvn-0.1.{3,4} on my PowerBook 12" last model.
Of course, ITJUSTWORKS(tm).
