net-misc/asterisk-addons-1.4.6 new USE flag in proposed ebuild patch.
mysql_loguniqueid compiles asterisk-addons' mysql cdr module with uniqueid support.

If a new USE flag is not wanted then just adding the following would be enough:

append-flags -DMYSQL_LOGUNIQUEID
