cvs reported "access denied" (dont remember exactly the message) when trying to 
commit new directory "ru" for new Russian translation of http://www.gentoo.
org/main/en/about.xml

Hi Egor.

Thanks for the submission.
I have added the translation and the link.
I made few small changes - I "untranslated" portage a few times, where it was used  as a reference to a package rather than portage tree..
Please check.
