What's the version of net-dns/libidn you're using?
(In reply to comment #1) > What's the version of net-dns/libidn you're using? > net-dns/libidn-1.0-r1
Please try updating to 1.5 to see if kdenetwork compiles using that.
(In reply to comment #3) > Please try updating to 1.5 to see if kdenetwork compiles using that. > Thanks for the suggestion. Both libidn-1.5 and libidn-1.5-r1 are masked unstable with ~x86, so I explicitly overrode it with =net-dns/libidn-1.5 in packages.keywords, and then re-emerged libidn. Now, kdenetwork-3.5.8 emerges successfully. Since kdenetwork-3.5.8 is stable, it doesn't seem correct that I should have to pull in an unstable library to get it to compile.
(In reply to comment #4) > Since kdenetwork-3.5.8 is stable, it doesn't seem correct that > I should have to pull in an unstable library to get it to compile. It isn't. Strangely, it worked with libidn-1.0-r1 when we stabilised it. Will investigate.
Is this still an issue with 3.5.9 / 3.5.10 and current library versions?
