Looks like his rsyncd is running as the same user as his fetch, which is not per the setup instructions. He's probably going to get a big blast of traffic when we flip the bit shortly.
Martin, Please fix this ASAP.
I took his mirror out of the bouncer setup for the moment, but it would nice if he'd get it fixed well in time for the 2008.0 final.

I fixed the ownership of the mirrored files and changed the crontab so that a user different from the user running apache httpd will mirror the Gentoo repo. Thanks for pointing out this problem. Please take a minute to check if the problem still persists. If so, please let me no; if not, please close this bug.
Check your crontabs please. The files should have gone live now, but aren't.
