Description Markus Einsle 2008-03-31 18:14:39 UTC
Depends on bug 214494, but this time not only no audio playback via DVB, even worse, the movie plays in a kind of fast forward mode and stops after a few seconds

Reproducible: Always

Same Steup as bug 214494

Also affects 1.0_rc2_p26753-r1 (and most probably 1.0_rc2_p26753, though I haven't tested them.

I stumbled on this bug on my VDR box, too - I think, though I use a dxr3 for decoding. 1.0_rc2_p25993 is the last version that works for me.

Why are version >1.0_rc2_p25993 flagged stable? IMHO they should be flagged ~x86 (and the respective ~ on every affected architechture) as this is a regression that breaks something important for some people.

Old bug, please test and reopen if it's a problem with newer ( 1.0_rc2_p20090731 )
Comment 3 Markus Einsle 2009-10-09 19:01:28 UTC
Bug is still present in 1.0_rc2_p20090731.
Comment 4 Markus Einsle 2009-10-09 19:43:16 UTC
Found a workaround: after adding -nocorrect-pts to the playback parameters, a/v playback is working again without the problem mentioned before.

Try with mplayer-1.0_rc4_p20091026. Reopen if this is still a problem.
