Zangband has historically been unusable on amd64 because the random number generator hangs.  With the attached patch from upstream CVS, it now builds correctly on that platform.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (on amd64) ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="**" emerge zangband
2. zangband
3. Generate a character.

Actual Results:  
When the game starts to generate stats for your character, it will hang for many hours.

Expected Results:  
Character stats should be generated within 2 seconds.

The attached patch from upstream CVS, stats are generated quickly, and the game is now playable on amd64.

I can't test this patch.   amd64 arch team, please go ahead and pick this up if you're interested.

Appears to be working. In portage.
