It's in portage, but p.masked for now.

Copy the relevant section from /usr/portage/profiles/package.mask into /etc/portage/package.unmask to get the latest nemiver, along with the required libgtksourceviewmm.

Some selective masking of the EU rsync repos then?

Because I've been checking, and its actually /not there/:

holy_fire ~ # ls /var/paludis/repositories/gentoo/dev-util/nemiver 
ChangeLog  files  Manifest  metadata.xml  nemiver-0.4.0-r1.ebuild

I last synced about 10 minutes ago, mirrors seems to be about ~1hr behind as far the rest of the package changes reported in p.g.o. go.

I f*cked up the final commit :) Fixed for real. Thanks for checking up on this
