During emerge, as soon as the ebuild tries to compile the first source file, compilation errors appear related to missing files. It appears to me that the emake system is not seeing where the include files for the dependencies are. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.simply try to emerge the package 2. 3. Hi, I just tried qtiplot-0.7.7 and it appears to be quite buggy and not only with the qwt versions, but also with its internal muparser version. Since most people interested in this package use the 0.9.x versions, I would suggest to mask it, then remove it, even though it's the only one stable. 0.9.x versions can't be stabilized until python-2.5.x is.
