Is there a reason why this package should not be marked ~ppc64?

This is no appropriate bug report.

Please test the package and report that it works or provide patches to make it work (or at worst say that it does not work).

Then please include the output of "emerge --info" (or equivalent output if you are using another package manager than portage).

I don't have a ppc64 machine so I can't test it but I thought that as perl is supposed to be cross-platform it would be no problem. It is furthermore on all architecture on Debian.

no keyword without testing. I tested it and added ~ppc64 yesterday.
