Updated ebuild for 0.20.5

I've updated the ebuild file for the new version of fop.

Changes are:

  new download location
I've added a new use-flag, "jai" to make sure that jai is downloaded and
installed before fop is compiled if the user wants jai support.

I guess maybe a einfo-line telling the user to install jai before fop is less
"controversial".

Please commit, the old build is, well, old. This version (of fop) fixes many bugs as well.

Added to CVS with a lot of changes. Because of testing and possibly other dependency reasons (such as users who don't want to run a JDK) dev-java/fop-bin will probably remain for now.
