The app-misc/vlock ebuild available in portage is very outdated. The latest version available is 1.3-r2, while there's 2.2 released on <a href='http://cthulhu.c3d2.de/~toidinamai/vlock/vlock.html'>vlock's web page</a>. The ebuild is a very simple one, so it should be trivial to update. Vlock is quite widely used, so a update would also improve Gentoo's image ;)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -av app-misc/vlock
3. realize portage offers you app-misc/vlock-1.3-r2
4. visit http://cthulhu.c3d2.de/~toidinamai/vlock/vlock.html
5. realize there's vlock-2.2 available
6. draw the appropriate conclusion ;)

Actual Results:  
Portage offered me 1.3-r2.

Expected Results:  
Portage should offer me 2.2.
