ScientificPython upgrade

Ebuild based on ScientificPython-2.2-r1.ebuild

It's running fine at my machine that I have already upgraded, but maybe a
detailed check should be necessary.

Just one remark:

can you please can you please retain the headers ;)?, the one you submitted was missing all of them (first 3 lines).

I tested it and it seems Ok. I committed it, please test.

Upgrade to ScientificPython-2.4.5
Only rename version on ebuild filename is needed.
