I miss a notice to rebuild applications depending on libsysfs.so.1 in the ebuild.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from sysfsutils-1.3.0-r1 to sysfsutils-2.1.0
2. Run sensors from the lm_sensors-2.10.4 package


Actual Results:  
3. Error message about the missing libsysfs.so.1

Expected Results:  
If you are upgrading from sysfsutils-1.3.0-r1 you need to rebuild                                                     [...]. Please run 'revdep-rebuild' to do this.

Yeah indeed, and in hundreds of other ebuilds. You can test portage-2.2_pre* and FEATURES="preserve-libs" there if want to get better handling of similar issues.
