after placing cloop and busybox sources in "archives", 
command "livecd-ng $PROFILE initrd" fails for me
with following output:

Additional info on the need for cloop can be found in this how-to: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=57754 . Ideally a general ebuild for cloop should also be made available in addition to including it in the default livecd-ng profile.
