The really nice /etc/issue that comes with gentoo is replaced with a very boring
one in baselayout 1.8.6.8, we should go back to the one used in 1.8.6.7.

Just cp /etc/issue.logo to /etc/issue.  I get even more people bitching about
it being there :(
