I checked in the ebuild, but i had to mask it as db-4* is masked at the moment.
Please test and report back. Or remind me if db-4* is unmasked so it's save to unmask this one, too.

Seems like this didn't get masked like it should have--my system is trying to upgrade to this and is failing since db-4* is still masked.

Maybe you are on unstable as it's masked inside the ebuild?

Yes, I am using unstable. But even unstable ebuilds shouldn't depend on 
things in package.mask. bsddb3-4.1.3 should be added to package.mask.

I masked it in package.mask.
