Description Angelo Arrifano (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-03-15 14:27:17 UTC
As AMD64 wants firebird flag unmasked, I was testing this ebuild with it.

Although it fails to emerge:

That doesn't look good and is likely the problem. Not sure how that would be amd64 specific either. So while it's a bug, not sure it's a blocker for the other. Need to get someone to test on x86. I will see about it when I can, unless someone beats me to it :)
Comment 2 William L. Thomson Jr. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-04-10 08:34:01 UTC
Ok just tested on x86 and it failed the same as well. Pretty sure that's a legacy header file. I think we might have provided a symlink in the past but that has been gone for a while. So might need to see about patching it and providing patch to upstream on header file name, ibase.h

Removing blocker as this is not arch specific.
