Michael is maintaining a personal overlay with a bunch of ebuilds for kerberos he needs at work. We're pretty much understaffed there and he has much experience to share. I'll be his mentor.
Seems we forgot to assign this one. I will be your recruiter. Quizzes to recruiters@gentoo.org when approved by jokey and then contact me for a review session on IRC.
Hi betelgeuse (and all the other recruiters)! Jokey and I have just finished the quiz reviewing, email is sent. So long, and thanks for the fish.
(In reply to comment #2) > Hi betelgeuse (and all the other recruiters)! > > Jokey and I have just finished the quiz reviewing, email is sent. So long, and > thanks for the fish. > We just reviewed the ebuild quiz and the eom quiz. I gave mueli an extra assignment and asked him to submit fixed versions of the quizzes.
We finished the reviewing and worked on the assignment during weekend. I sent the corrected and complemented quizzes as well as the ebuild to Betelgeuse. Once again I'd would like to thank him for his patience and expertise - I've learned a lot.
What we did: - LDAP - gentoo-core - bugzilla - cvs/svn groups on cvs.gentoo.org - IRC-cloak - announcement - #gentoo-dev channel access - sent you your LDAP/mail password via encrypted mail What you need to do: - subscribe to mailing lists with @gentoo.org address - request forum status bump in #gentoo-forums or by mail to forum-mods@gentoo.org (if you have a forums count) - send yourself mail to create .maildir - add yourself to mail aliases ( like java@gentoo.org ) see /var/mail/alias on dev.gentoo.org - ask team leads to add yourself to herds.xml for the herds you want to join or do it yourself if you have the permission to do so - set lat and lon attributes in LDAP if you want others to know where exactly you are located - set gentooIM if you want people to be able to contact you via other means than email For the mentor: - You are also responsible for the commits of your recruit during the first month so you should watch the commits of your recruit via gentoo-commits mailing list. All done here. If something is not working please reopen of contact us on IRC.
Set up on forums (username= mueli)
Would you please start the retirement process. I hope it's ok to reopen this bug therefore. I've already posted a goodbye statement on gentoo-core.
In that case I'm reassigning the bug to the undertakers team.
Is it possible to exchange my actual developer email address "mueli@gentoo.org" with "michael@derhammer.net"? As far as I can see I cann't do it myself and it would be nice to keep my bugzilla stuff.
Nope, we keep bugzilla with the old address, the details of why are in the retirement document. Create a new bugzilla account, and then follow your old one.
Let's move on with the retirement then.
All infra processing done. planet, overlays, forums: yours now.
