net-im/pidgin fails to install libpurple/internal.h into ${ROOT}/usr/include/libpurple possibly causing problems for plugin-developers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge net-im/pidgin

Actual Results:  
missing header file libpurple/internal.h

Expected Results:  
the file '/usr/include/libpurple/internal.h' to be installed

libpurple/module.h is also missing

The name "internal" should be a hint, its not supposed to be installed.. and module.h doesnt even exist
