Capital cyrillic letter Sha (U+428) and capital cyrillic letter Shcha (U+429) are mixed up, i.e. Sha drawn Shcha and vice versa.

I found this bug at redhat bugzilla (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=251890). Upcoming release will fix it (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=31400), however there is other bug that I haven't mentioned before (no double dots above capital Io).

Lastest sources I found can be downloaded from http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/liberation-fonts/1.0/1.fc9/src/liberation-fonts-1.0-1.fc9.src.rpm
