distfiles/timestamp.chk --> Sat, 08 Mar 2008 09:08:10 +0000 First verification of timestamps seems fine, need to do another 2-3 before adding you to mirrors.xml to verify it remains in sync :) Both HTTP and FTP connectivity confirmed as working, although access via FTP appears to be extremely slow. Response time for directory listings is >30 sec.
I did testing FTP connection. In fact, in korea, I received response fast of speed. ( less then 5 seconds)
But, I did not understand following message: >need to do another 2-3 before >adding you to mirrors.xml to verify it remains in sync :)
(In reply to comment #4) > But, I did not understand following message: > >need to do another 2-3 before > >adding you to mirrors.xml to verify it remains in sync :) We test timestamp.chk over a period of 7-10 days to verify your configuration is correct and the mirror is properly synced. Then we add it to mirrors.xml :)

If my mirror site does listed in official mirrors list then do i receive data of password and something of "MASTER DISTFILES SERVER CONNECTION"? I say about following section of http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/source_mirrors.xml page. "If all steps went smoothly, we will then add you to our list of download mirrors on the main web site. We will also send you the login information for our private master distfile mirror which is only available to official Gentoo Linux source mirrors."
> And, I want asking about "mirror settings" another. > If my mirror site does listed in official mirrors list then do i receive data > of password and something of "MASTER DISTFILES SERVER CONNECTION"? That's correct, we provide the access details to masterdistfiles.gentoo.org :)
