To create a new encrypted volume you need the tool app-admin/sudo. Without you can Start TrueCrypt but its not possible to create a new encrypted volume!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge truecrypt
2. unmerge sudo
3. try to create a new encrypted partition

Actual Results:  
emerge sudo solved the Problem!
