centerim ships with a copy of libicq2000, which is in the tree.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The package should depend on the version in the tree and disable the internal one.

The version of libicq2000 that ships with centerim is heavily patched, we can't switch to the regular libicq2000 package.
