mail-filter/mimedefang-2.64 fails to build if dev-perl/Digest-SHA1 is not installed.  dev-perl/Digest-SHA1 should be added to RDEPENED

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.verify dev-perl/Digest-SHA1 is not installed
2.emerge =mail-filter/mimedefang-2.64
3.failure

Actual Results:  
build failure

Expected Results:  
successfully built and installed

Fixed. Depend on dev-perl/Digest-SHA1 instead of dev-perl/Digest-SHA.
