rsync23.us.gentoo.org is undergoing a hardware and hosting migration.  Please take the system out of the dns rotation until further notified.  Please add 208.123.82.203 as a authenticated mirror, this will be the new ip address when the server is back online.

208.123.82.203 has been added to the ACL. The old IP will be removed from the ACL when the new one is online (before I close this bug).

rsync23.us has been removed from the us.gentoo.org and namerica.gentoo.org rotations till this is fixed.

I guess you're not the admin for this server, so until the admin(s) respond, I don't plan on adding it back again, just because it works. There could be other things going on that you're not aware of.

We should be ready, so please add us back to the rotation.  Sorry for not updating the bug standard snafu between two people thinking the other was doing it.

Thanks for the update. The old IP has been removed from the ACL and the new one, 
208.123.82.203 has been added to DNS as rsync23.us and in the rsync.namerica rotations.
