programming-ruby-0.4.ebuild - new package

An ebuild for Programming Ruby (aka The "Pickaxe" book) by Andrew Thomas and
Dave Hunt. It uses the stock Programming Ruby tarball from
http://www.rubycentral.com . Installs into /usr/share/doc/programming-ruby-0.4 .
My first ebuild so be gentle :)!

Digest file not included in portage tree. Ran 'ebuild
/usr/portage/dev-ruby/programming-ruby/programming-ruby-0.4.ebuild digest' and
have attached resultant digest file here for inclusion.

Tom, there are more issues with that package:
1. no files directory (and thus, no digest file)
2. the ebuild in the tree has a rather silly description etc.
(DESCRIPTION="This is a sample skeleton ebuild file")

Ooops. DESCRIPTION wrong because I skimmed it, no digest because I had forgotten to cvs add files and repoman ci didn't notice. Must have been a bad day.

Now all fixed, I hope.
