The above document has a broken internal link, chapter 2, section 1, first element of the list:

<uri link="#buglist">bug</uri>

but there are no id="buglist" sections in the document.

Fixed in CVS. I'm also going to ask the apache team if we can give this doc back to them, since it's really more appropriately placed under Project-specific Documentation. It's not something the GDP should have to maintain.
