Bug 211807 – net-misc/tinc-1.0.7: initscript has failure on stop/reload

in tinc 1.0.7 the initscript is broken when shutting down tinc or reloading the configuration.
i'm attaching a diff that fixes the problem

furthermore tinc doesn't create a tinc.networks configuration file in /etc/conf.d/
you have to check the init script to see how the file should look like.
i'm also attaching a minimal template file for /etc/conf.d/tinc.networks with a description how to use the file

description file in /etc/conf.d

with this file you get a description of what to write in /etc/conf.d/tinc.networks
otherwise you'll have to look in the init file  for syntax

thanks for the patch and the example. now both included in 1.0.8. initfile fix is in 1.0.7 too.
