Version 1.0.6 of transmission is available. Kindly include it in the tree.

1. Check latest version in portage.
2. Check latest version on the transmission homepage.
3.

Actual Results:  
Portage has version 1.0.4

Expected Results:  
Version 1.0.6 should be available in portage

just copy 1.0.4 to 1.0.6 works
