Bug 21146 – ddskk-20030511.ebuild (Update)

This is a new snapshot of ddskk software.
A number of bugs were fixed, including info update, after
ddskk-20020901.ebuild.

I changed PROVIDE from app-i18n/skk-jisyo to virtual/skkserv because
in most cases it is more convenient to use SKK dictionary server than
to use SKK-JISYO.L directly in terms of speed and memory consumption.
Also I removed (setq skk-large-jisyo "/usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO.L") from
50ddskk-gentoo.el since if skk-large-jisyo is defined emacs will
not use skkserv even if skkserv is running.

In addition, I disabled gzipping info files because Emacs info-mode 
doesn't decode gzipped Japanese info files correctly.

ddskk-20030511.tar.gz is no longer available at the main site,
so I changed the source tarball to point to the latest one,
and put it on my web site as well.
