This one was tricky :)

The reason is that nobody's login shell is /bin/false, and so
   su -c ... nobody
refuses to work.

This is fixed in current svn trunk (>=eix-0.10.6) by adding an appropriate
-s parameter to su. Until next eix is out, you can work around the problem
by using option -u USER where USER is some user with a login shell.
