Using a dark-coloured KDE theme (e.g. Dark-blue), the text in the nickname list of KMess appears almost invisible.

Please file an upstream bug for this at http://trac.kmess.org/ and add a link to it here. Re-open this bug if there's any progress (e. g. a patch, workaround, etc.) on said upstream bug that would allow us to fix this.

Yeah, I'll file it. However I still think this is something you might have had to do instead.

Btw, KMess does not accept bug reports via Trac. There was a note that i should post it in the forums instead, so here you go:
