The installed pamd file is improper (it uses full path for modules which is no-no); also it comments on using pam_stack, which is gone, and will cause errors when installing pam-0.99 (older versions are no more in portage).

Please update it...

Fixed in cvs, with revbumps that preserve keywords status.
