Fixed minor error ( s/$myconf}/${myconf}/ ), adapted ebuild to download/install
music when oggvorbis in use (.ogg-file)....

ok, ive updated the ebuild to d/l the ogg file if oggvorbis is in USE ... 
 
however, ive changed the requirements for usage ... that is to say ive added a sed that'll 
set the location of the ogg file so that the user doesnt have to run `play <ogg file>` 
 
easier this way me thinks
