A patch for cvs.eclass so that eclass-manpages will automatically create a manpage for that eclass.

I've fixed the following typo:
-# @ECLASS-VARIABLE: ECVS_LOCLANAME
+# @ECLASS-VARIABLE: ECVS_LOCALNAME
