jed's default keybindings are set to emulate the ones of joe, which really
sucks. If I want joe, I will use joe, but please leave the keybindings to their
default. I tried to modify them through /usr/share/jed/lib/jed.rc but it seems
jed ignores this file.

i found /etc/jed.conf, sorry about bothering you.
