Ooops . . . there's already an ebuild for this at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17280 .  I swear I searched before I posted, too . . .

This is a good ebuild; but the author (Dan Noe) didn't cite libogg and libvorbis as dependencies.  He also has the LICENSE as 'Artistic' rather than 'GPL'.

Anyways, I added dev-perl/Inline as a dependency per Dan Noe's Ogg-Vorbis-Header ebuild.  Additionally, I modified SRC_URI to make use of ${P} to facilate easier future maintenence.

Had to correct the ebuild - there were no deps assigned for libogg and libvorbis.
