The goal of PyTables is to enable the end user to manipulate easily scientific
data tables and array objects objects in a hierarchical structure. The
foundation of the underlying hierarchical data organization is the excellent
HDF5 library

Hi, please have a look at the other python ebuilds and adjust this one to use the distutils eclass just as all the other ones are doing. Thanks!

I added version 0.7.2 to portage.
