Natanael Copa who has been a long time user recently informed me that he is willing to make the jump into becoming a fulltime spam target. A quick search of bugzilla shows he is quite active in providing patches and working with others. He brings some of his own unique ideas to the projects as well. Currently he is in the process of reading over our dev quiz stuff and soon will be ready to submit the quizzes and join the team.

The list of his bug comments, patches and ebuilds looks as long as SpanKY's... errr... cluebat. I'm definitely looking forward to see him join us. He's done his quiz and Myself and tsnuma reviewed it and gave him some feedback on a few of the finer points. Side note: In the process we also noticed that the question related to fpic is completely wrong from the Gentoo side of things. I'll contact recruiters separately about that so the question itself can be corrected.
presumably you mean question #14 ... it seems fine to me from the standard developer pov. you cant expect/require every dev to know the intricacies of proper PIC handling ... the general rules of thumb is what we are after for incoming people.
SpanKY, The question is misleading and makes it sound as if only some arches require pic in shared objects when in reality they all require it. But now that I've got your ear and seeing ncopa will mostly be involved in embedded and picking up our slack. I'm going to shoot you over his pre-quiz stuff for you to pre-review and suggest anything you might want to for him.

I am slowly moving away from Gentoo so I'm not sure it is a point for me to become a developer any more.
